Day 85 - Saturday, August 21

The Queen day and a few stats - 5,400’ of climbing, 34 miles travelled, final elevation 8,266, 40+ mph gusts of wind coming from SW - direct headwind, 54 miles on the Continental Divide.

The journey in pictures below.

Honored to have met and interviewed Don on the top of Red Rock Canyon. A vet who did tours in Iraq and Afghanistan shares his thoughts on current events. I was wiped out after initial climb running up to him. After the interview, I was full of energy.

Thank you all for the support.

Cheers,

David
