Day 16 - September 20

Day 15 1/2: Casanova to Santiago de Compostela. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! We pushed the last 2 days to finish the 120km today which gives us a day off tomorrow instead of the 1/2 day we planned. Realizing that we are hurting in the mornings trying to wake up and get the body moving why do a 1/2 day in pain. Instead we knocked off 2x60km days and finished a day early. A total of 488 miles in 15 1/2 days, an unforgettable journey.

Huge thanks to Christina who when things looked bleak, rose up and took control to remedy the crisis. Everyone who supported us with your calls, communications and wishes, thank you.

Learned a ton about Camino in Europe which I hope to leverage in the future to do cross Europe run. Anyone interested in debrief or has intel, drop me note to discuss in more depth.

Thank you for your support. Until the next run -

Cheers,

David.
